Any information collected in the processing of your order, will not leave our office, will not be sold or otherwise conveyed to any other company. Our online ordering system is on a secure line. No one will have access to your credit card numbers, as we process our own credit cards.

WARRANTY

As an authorized Topcon Dealer, all of the Topcon products we sell carry the full manufacturer's warranty.

All calibrations are guaranteed to be within product specifications when the unit leaves the service center. Neither the authorized service center, nor any of its representitives assume any responsibility for damages or loss of calibrations after it leaves the service center.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Orders carried by UPS will be subject to UPS inspection, please contact us immediately upon opening cartons. Hold damaged ware and carton and all packing materials for at least 5 days to allow UPS to inspect if necessary.

Although we try to assure accuracy, the Topcon Store cannot be responsible for typographical or photo errors on our web site. All prices are subject to change without notice. Any incorrect price listed on our site will be corrected at our discretion. If such a change occurs, we will notify you and request your approval before we ship your order.

SALES TAX

Only Missouri orders are subject to state sales tax.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange minus a 20% restocking fee. Refunds for items must be returned within thirty days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Customers wishing to make a return must obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting customer support at 877-927-1777 prior to shipping the item to be returned. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method along with your Return Authorization Number and a short description of your need to return the product.
